Mr. Schwartz is a Member of Riddle & Schwartz, LLC.

His practice focuses on Corporate and Securities Law, with emphasis on public offerings, private placements of equity and debt securities, sale of securities, corporate acquisitions and divestitures, corporate reorganizations, and joint ventures.

Mr. Schwartz is an active member of his community, and maintains membership with the Georgia Bar Association, District of Columbia Bar Association, and Pennsylvania Bar Association. In addition, Mr. Schwartz is an Arbitrator with the National Association of Securities Dealers, and serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Multicast Media Networks, LLC.
