Mr. Rice serves as Of Counsel to Riddle & Schwartz, LLC.

His practice focuses on Business/Commercial Law, Corporate Law, and Intellectual Property Law. Mr. Rice has particular expertise in litigating and securing patents, copyrights and trademark infringement matters.

Mr. Rice is an active member of his community, and maintains memberships with the Arizona Bar Association, Georgia Bar Association, and American Bar Association. Mr. Rice also serves on the Board of Directors for Multicast Media Networks, LLC.
